As you know there is more water in SL Mainland and if you love sailing there are many places and active groups of people involved with sailing in Second Life. Many Yacht Clubs, Groups of people are active and doing weekly races and some times a year there are huge regattas. At least twice a week there are cruising, often with a party afterwards on the final destination.
The most Favorite one of mine in which I take part myself is Kinky Seas Cruise by Fair Winds Marina. They go for adventures Twice a week ( Wednesday 11AM SLT & Saturday 6AM SLT) following with a cool party.
About Kinky Seas
Kinky Seas started as a group of sailing fans from two partnered clubs in Second Life, Trouble Tavern and Fair Winds Marina & The Getaway Lounge. However, they are not limited to those clubs, they merely served as the root cells for a hopefully growing community. The purpose of the group is to enjoy the waters of Second Life together, organize group cruises, party together, or simply exchange recommendations, hints, or gossip.
Kinky? Huge disclaimer its NOT an orgy Porn group/party. Topless?Yes. Naked? Yes IF YOU WANT, Hot Gals and Guys? YES YES YES. You can say a bunch of Flirty, broad minded people..Kinky indeed! NO Dress code. But keep your scripts as low as possible and MOST IMPORTANTLY have fun!
Sailing is Not Easy I say, most of the boats are heavy and cause lag, thus make you end up crashing or flying or spinning lol so make sure you try the boats before sailing and read the instruction manuals, every boat has different commands and might take some while for you to learn.
